Our Creed

Our platform as a church is guided by

the Holy Scriptures in Mark 16: 15-18

15

And he said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

16

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but whoever does

not believe will be condemned.

17

And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they will speak new languages;

18

They will take serpents in their hands, and if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will heal.

Our bond of communion consists in the love of God and the faith that we have in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, which is the foundation

of our Church.

• We believe in the inerrancy of Holy Scripture. We believe that the bible was revealed and inspired by God, who sought to transmit his mind, heart, and will to the human being through a chosen group of people that God inspired with the assistance or supervision of the Holy Spirit, made sure that the  transmission of the message was faithful to divine thought.
• We believe in the doctrine of the apostles, salvation, in the Holy Trinity (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, one God), in the resurrection of the dead and eternity.
• We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin woman, begotten by the Holy Spirit.
• We believe that Jesus Christ died crucified but resurrected on the third day, and is sitting at the right hand of God the Father.
• We believe that to be saved every person has to recognize and confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of the world and live in obedience of the Holy scriptures.
• We believe that every believer, after receiving Jesus Christ as his personal savior, should be baptized by immersion in water, being baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the ministries, gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

• We believe that Jesus Christ will come to seek (the rapture) his church.
• We believe that man was created by God in his image and in his likeness.
• We believe that every believer should give a good testimony to their church, community and home. As a good son of God he must conduct himself in the right way wherever he is, understanding that he is the light of the world.
• We believe that as believers we must obey the civil and ecclesiastical authorities.
• We believe that as a church thus constituted, it is our duty to propagate biblical beliefs and doctrines through preaching or teaching.
• We believe that marriage was instituted by God between a man and a woman as established in the Bible.
• We believe that the holy supper is also a sacrament for the Church, of which the members of the congregation who have already been baptized in water participate, as a symbol of our union with Christ, a reminder of their suffering and death and an announcement of their imminent return.
